Video: How the forest fire affected life in indigenous lands in Brazil

In 2015, from September to the last days of December, the indigenous peoples living on the indigenous lands Araribóia, Alto Turiaçu, Awá and Caru, all of them located in the state of Maranhão, witnessed much of the remaining Amazon rainforest and Cerrado in their territory disappear in forest fire of great proportions. In the video, the indigenous interviewed tell us what they have lived during the days of fire and the difficulties of life in the communities after the fire.
